WOMB MEDICINE IN THE MOUNTAINS
September 26–29 • Granby, Colorado
Come for a few hours.
Come for the day.
Sleep over one night.
Stay for all of it.
For four days, I'm creating a little sanctuary in the Colorado mountains.
A place to get out of your regular life for a minute.
To exhale.
To receive.
To hear yourself again.
Maybe you've been carrying everybody else for a long time.
Maybe you're moving through birth, motherhood, grief, relationship changes, perimenopause, an ending, a beginning, a creative rebirth—or some strange in-between season you don't quite have words for yet.
Maybe you're simply fucking tired.
Come to the mountains.
Sit by the fire.
Soak.
Sleep.
Eat something nourishing.
Get in the hot tub.
Be around women.
Be quiet.
Be loud.
Let someone take care of you for a minute.
This isn't a retreat where I've scheduled your transformation from 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 p.m.
There is room here.
Room to follow your body.
Room to receive deeply.
Room to do almost nothing.
A little breathing room for the womb.
COME HOWEVER YOU WANT
You do not have to commit to the whole retreat.
Come Saturday night and wake up in the mountains on Sunday.
Come for an afternoon.
Stay one night.
Stay all three.
Drive up for a womb session and dinner.
Come for Sister Circle.
Build yourself a whole private womb retreat inside the retreat.
Or just come hang out.
You get to choose what this becomes for you.
